Evenskjer, Norway is the location of our 15+ acre agricultural ranch home. It is in Tjeldsund County which is an important traffic artery between north and south Norway. The county has a diverse geography, that, includes Evenskjer, Grov, Tovik, Sandstrand, Breistrand, Fjelldal and Ramsund and Kongsvika villages.
Our property is convenient to the Evenes, Harstad/ Narvik Airport home to
NATO Forces in Norway.
Red Rock Ranch History
Red Rock Ranch is the American name given to the Mathisen Family Estate known as "Rødberg" in Norway. Rødberg actually means Red Rock in Norwegian, it is a part of the original large farm estate which dates back to the 16th century.
The property spans from the ocean to mountain vistas.
We Support our agricultural businesses by leasing our land to help boost the local economy and increase the community’s access to local food and agricultural products.
